Just by simply getting up and starting each day with some movement, you shake out so much stuck energy. And if you don't shake that energy out, then everything begins to slow down.
- You don't feel so good in your own skin,
- You get grumpy with the kids and your partner, which in turn makes you feel worse.
- Your career or your business doesn't feel so good.
And things just snowball from there.
I've had this realisation for a while now but it really hit home in September of 2021 when I got really sick. I was just healthy enough to keep an infection at bay for over a month. I didn't feel right and I was busy doing life, but I didn't have the energy to exercise.
I started loosing.
- Confidence in myself.
- Passion and desire for life.
- Clients in my business.
- Patience with my kids.
Basically, it all tuned to sh*t. Until one day, I was rushed to hospital.
And after 5 days in hospital, I knew how important it was for me to always move my body!
